THE GAME PLAN

In these challenging times, organisations are becoming increasingly aware of the importance and impact of resilience and well being in the workplace.

Dr Steve Bull is an internationally recognised expert in this field and his book, The Game Plan, is designed to equip individuals and teams with a range of tools and techniques that will facilitate enhanced performance under pressure.

Neil Tomlinson, Global Head of Retail Banking, Deloitte, says “The appeal of The Game Plan, and indeed my subsequent experience of Steve Bull’s coaching style is one of pragmatism built on scientific insight and breadth of experience. He provides valuable tools which can be easily deployed, tailored to individual needs, and de-mystifies much of the complexity of behavioural psychology. He also adds a richness from his work in both elite sport and with top business executives - which I have found to be of enormous value both personally, and to team performance.”

"Steve Bull’s ideas and techniques will equip anyone in business with a game plan for acquiring the winning edge."

―Michael Vaughan, OBE
Former England Cricket Captain

“The application of best practice from high performance sport can make a huge difference in business. Steve Bull captures this brilliantly.”

― Kevin Brennan
Former CEO of Quorn Foods

The Game Plan contains many practical ways to enhance both an individual and a team’s performance. I have seen a significant improvement in my team’s performance.”

― Dominic Grinstead

“This is a very useful book which has helped me on both a personal and professional basis.

Steve's clear, concise descriptions of Mental Toughness and the elements that go towards creating a 'performance mindset' have dramatically helped both my own mindset and my coaching work.

I always felt that Mental Toughness was something you could (and should) work towards and now I have the tools to do so with the explanations and exercises within this book.

I would heartily recommend this book to all.”
